11 September 2012 20:55 Three questions to: Pernilla Solberg Petter Solberg's wife Pernilla took charge of PS Engineering co-ordinator duties on Barum Czech Rally Zlín, round nine of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge, earlier this month. She answered www.ircseries.com's questions.

What were the best and worst bits about your job on Barum Czech Rally Zlín?
“Taking care of such a great team was the best bit. It was a super feeling and good fun. The worst bit was the awful accident on stage 13. Our deepest condolences to the team and families involved.”

How would you summarise your driver Patrik Flodin’s performance on the event?
“Considering he is not a Tarmac specialist and did not have a pre-event test to help him setting up the car, he did well. We had a few small problems with the car that made it a bit hard for him. We know what it is and it will be fixed for next event.”

In addition to running your team you also got the chance to drive an old Bugatti during the parade in Zlín. What was that like?
“It was fantastic and a big thank you to Mr Samohyl for letting me use his beautiful car. It had 60bhp and was open-top. We had to wear those old hats but we felt like stars. On the cobbled stones we were sliding a bit. People were shouting and really cheering us on when we went by.”
